
Curtis Zunigha's experience as a dynamic leaders in tribal, state and national politics has made him a much
sought after consultant. Mr. Zunigha has worked with federal agencies such as the Census Bureau, Social
Security Administration and the Health Care Finance Administration. His primary focus is building
government-to-govermment relationships with tribes, thus maximizing benefits to the American Indian people.

As elected leader of the Delaware Tribe of Indians, Chief Zunigha served as principle head of the tribal
government. In 1996, he led a tribal political movement petitioning the U.S. Government to restore federal
recognition after a 17-year lapse. The Delaware Tribe has since returned to prominence. Zunigha also served
(1983 - 1988) on the Delaware Tribal Council. The Delaware Indians are recognized as the first tribe to sign
